As the retail industry gears up for the holiday shopping season rush, the well known layaway payment processing system provider eLayaway has forged a strategic alliance with Carbon Credits International, Inc, a mobile application service provider.

eLayaway’s patent-pending layaway payment processing solution allows the online and brick and mortar retail companies to provide their customers with a flexible payment plan that fits their budget. This helps the retailers expand their consumer base to the millions of credit-conscious shoppers.

Standard eLayaway members can use the automated layaway payment process to buy items available at authorized eLayaway merchants. eLayawayADVANTAGE members receive waived transaction fees and also get the added benefit of having their payment activity reported to PRBC Credit Bureau to construct their FICO Expansion Score.

eLayaway offers its services under various brands exclusive to specific markets. These brands include eLayawayHEALTH.com, eLayawayTRAVEL.com and eLayawaySPORTS.com.

The Texan mobile technology company, Carbon Credits International offers mobile commerce and communication platform specifically designed to serve the needs of the not-for-profit community. The company provides its services under Text A Day brand, which makes any campaign instantly interactive via the mobile phone. This functionality allows its clients to conduct business transactions, accept donations and engage in targeted communication campaigns with their customers/donors through mobile devices.

“With the resurgence of layaway, this is a very exciting agreement for Carbon Credits International, Inc. As we head into the holiday season, eLayaway's use of our Mobile technology will increase our revenues immediately. This is the perfect mobile technology product for eLayaway to communicate via test message to their customer base and to facilitate transactions with the mobile device,” CEO of Carbon Credit, Greg Lambrecht explained in a statement.

A couple of months back, eLayaway launched NuVidaPaymentPlan.com, the company's healthcare and elective medical procedure prepayment division.

TheNuVida Payment Plan has been designed to provide healthcare providers with a prepayment management application that enables patients to schedule and automate a payment plan for their individual healthcare services.
